Digital Products (Baby Shower & Birthday Invitations)

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products are final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once the files have been delivered.

💡 Issue with your download? If you experience any problems, such as a corrupted file or incorrect template, please contact us at hello@bloomokids.com, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.

Payment & Order Issues

  • If you accidentally purchased the wrong design, please contact us before editing or downloading the file.
  • If there is a technical issue preventing access to your invitation, reach out, and we’ll assist you.

Printed Products (If Applicable in the Future)

  • Since Bloomo Kids specializes in digital invitations only, we do not offer printed products. However, if we introduce them in the future, returns and refunds will follow third-party vendor policies (e.g., Amazon or print partners).
